I Wasted Years Before Someone Got Serious With Me

I spent my twenties out of shape, chasing every fitness trend going. Nothing stuck because nothing was structured. When I finally found a coach who took it seriously, everything clicked. I became a trainer because too many men waste years the same way — and they genuinely don't have to.

For 12 years I've coached men who are stressed, busy, and carrying extra weight they can't shift alone. I don't sell apps or online programmes. I'm in the gym with you, every session, watching every lift. That's what actually produces results.

Questions Worth Answering

How much does it cost?

Coaching starts from $240 per week, covering three in-person sessions, nutrition coaching, and weekly check-ins. A three-month minimum commitment applies.

What does a typical week look like?

Three 60-minute sessions at Snap Fitness New Brighton, a Friday body composition and food review, and WhatsApp access between sessions for any questions.

How quickly will I see results?

Most men feel noticeably stronger and more energetic within four weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show by week eight. Lasting change builds from month three onwards.

Do I need to be in shape already?

No — most clients start out of shape. That's the point. You don't need a baseline, you just need to show up.

Do you do online coaching?

No. In-person only. I coach every session in the gym — that's what makes the difference.

What if I travel for work?

We work around your schedule and adjust the programme. Consistency over time matters more than a perfect week every week.

Are you REPs registered?

Yes. Ben holds a Certificate in Personal Training Level 4 and is registered with REPs New Zealand, meeting the industry standard for professional coaching.
